Mr. Ozawa holds a B.A. in linguistics from UCLA, and an M.A. in English from San Francisco State University. His areas of concentration have been natural language syntax, sociolinguistics and language teaching methodology. Mr. Ozawa has been an active freelance industrial translator for more than ten years. In 1995, he was invited to create translator training curricula for both English-to-Japanese and Japanese-to-English programs for Aisei, and was responsible for authoring all course textbooks as well as for determining instruction and evaluation methods. A renowned northern California editor, author and educator today, Mr. Ozawa oversees and trains translation instructors and correspondence graders for Aisei, as well as teaching a variety of courses. |

上智大学外国語学部西語学科を経て UCLA 言語学部卒業。SFSU 大学院英語学部修士 課程修了。機械翻訳、ビジネスソフト、およびウェブローカリゼーションの各企業で 言語学プログラマー、エディター、シニア翻訳マネージャを歴任。1995 年に独自の 翻訳教室を通学制、通信制の両方で始める。現在、大手コンピュータ会社のローカリ ゼーション QA 主任、サンフランシスコ州立大学講師 (翻訳・通訳技術)。 |

Mr. Nabeshima graduated from Sophia University, Tokyo with a B.A. in Economics. He also holds an M.A. in language and culture from Osaka University and an M.A. in linguistics from U.C. Berkeley. He worked for Sony Corporation in Japan for nine years and has been a freelance translator since 1993. |

After studying in Japan at Kobe City University of Foreign Studies, Mr. Motomura graduated from Hunter College of C.U.N.Y. with a B.A. in Media Studies and a minor in English. He is a news and documentary director in the broadcasting industry. In addition, he has worked as a freelance translator on a broad range of subjects for over 10 years. |
